何解決砼牛自動上料攪拌車熄火的問題有哪些?

1、打開油箱開關,拆下輸油泵進油管,看油流情況,如果油流很快,說明正常,如果油流時斷時續查油路。
1. Open the oil tank switch, remove the oil inlet pipe of the oil transfer pump, and check the oil flow. If the oil flow is fast, it means it is normal. If the oil flow is intermittent, check the oil circuit.
2、確定油路暢通,柴油機供給系統沒有空氣后,可拆開油泵蓋板,扳動操縱手柄,撥動油泵拉桿,看拉桿是否靈活和柱塞彈簧是否斷裂。在拉桿靈活和柱塞彈簧沒斷的情況下,可啟動柴油機中速運轉10分鐘,還有斷火現象時,可用一只銅榔頭輕輕敲擊輸油泵大螺帽,一邊敲一邊聽柴油機聲音,如果聲音不正常,說明輸油泵活塞和推桿發卡,進行修理或更換。低壓油流暢通后,可用手壓泵排除油路中的空氣,打開泵頭放氣螺釘,直到沒有氣泡時,方可上緊放氣螺釘。

After confirming that the oil circuit is smooth and there is no air in the diesel engine supply system, remove the cover plate of the oil pump, pull the control handle and pull the rod of the oil pump to see whether the rod is flexible and whether the plunger spring is broken. When the pull rod is flexible and the plunger spring is not broken, the diesel engine can be started to run at medium speed for 10 minutes. If there is fire break phenomenon, a copper hammer can be used to gently tap the big nut of the fuel transfer pump, and listen to the sound of the diesel engine while knocking. If the sound is abnormal, it means that the piston and push rod of the fuel transfer pump are jammed and repaired or replaced. After the low-pressure oil flow is smooth, the air in the oil circuit can be removed by hand pressure pump, and the pump head vent screw can be opened until there are no bubbles, then the vent screw can be tightened.
3、低壓油流暢通后,可用手壓泵排除油路中的空氣,打開泵頭放氣螺釘,直到沒有氣泡時,方可上緊放氣螺釘。

4、如不行則應考慮是油嘴不霧化,油泵柱塞彈簧和彈簧座斷裂,卡死不工作,或是柴油內有水。拆下油嘴總成檢查開啟壓力和霧化,如果油嘴總成正常,可讓用戶用干凈柴油裝入壺中用油路旁接法進行試驗。若還有斷火現象應考慮是發動機問題。
4. If not, it should be considered that the nozzle is not atomized, the plunger spring and spring seat of the oil pump are broken, stuck, or there is water in the diesel. Remove the nozzle assembly to check the opening pressure and atomization. If the nozzle assembly is normal, the user can load clean diesel into the pot and conduct the test by using the oil bypass method. If there is still fire break phenomenon, it should be considered that the engine problem.
5、拆下噴油器總成,轉動曲軸數圈,即有水噴出,說明缸蓋,缸體有裂紋或砂眼,遇到這種情況時,可向用戶解釋或向柴油機公司反映。屬于發動機問題就不作敘述。

When the fuel injector assembly is removed and the crankshaft is rotated for several turns, water is ejected, which indicates that there are cracks or sand holes in the cylinder head and cylinder block. In this case, you can explain to the user or report to the diesel engine company. If it is an engine problem, it will not be described.
